DC Madam: Ted Cruz maintains he did not cheat on wife Heidi

Republican presidential candidate Ted Cruz has once again denied allegations that he cheated on his wife Heidi and that he was involved with a Washington DC madam. Cruz has been at the centre of a cheating scandal after the National Enquirer reported that D.C. madam Deborah Palfrey allegedly left a "black book" implicating Cruz when she mysteriously died. 

According to the National Enquirer, there are 1,500 clients named in the book and the Texas senator is one of them. Each client would reportedly pay $300 (£210) an hour for time with one of the madam's women.  Montgomery Blair Sibley, Palfrey's attorney, wants to release the names in the book because he claims it would be crucial for the electorate ...
