Apparently the 1.2 BILLION rounds of recently ordered assorted ammunition by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) won't be enough, as they continue to buy more preparing for Civil War against 'We the People'. Someone better wake up out in political la la land and realize what is being planned inside these united States, and they had best wake up in a hurry. DHS is arming to the teeth, and at the same time desiring to disarm or make more difficult for 'We the People' to purchase ammo and firearms.

The additional 200 Million rounds of .223 would be for an "army" - National Guard;
176,000 rounds of .308 is for snipers. .308 uses the same bullet as .30-06 but about 17% less powder. Extreme accuracy possible to 200 - 250 Yards. The .40cal. hollow points are to simply KILL YOU at close range, that`s it. Commie-Obama is ripping up the U.S. Constitution with NDAA.
