Here we have a 17 year Lt./Col. who challanged Marxist's Obama's right to be President... due to the fact, that a Vault Birth Certificate has NEVER been shown to PROVE that Obama is a lawful citizen of these united States. The military officers who sat on the court martial of Lt./Col. Lakin have proved themselves to be Obama pawns in the game against a honest, truthful united States Army military officer. And the question remains, where is Marxist Obama's 'Vault Birth Certificate'? What is the problem in showing it? I say, if Obama can't show one, then it is he who has the problem. Even the nation of Kenya officials have admitted that Obama was born in Kenya. So who is the real criminal? Those officers who found Lakin 'guilty' should themselves be dismissed from duty immediately, or have charges brought up against them for following and protecting an unlawful President of the united States.

The military jury spent nearly five hours deliberating punishment for Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin on Thursday after three days of court martial proceedings at Fort Meade, outside Baltimore.
Lakin was convicted of disobeying orders — he had pleaded guilty to that count — and missing a flight that would have gotten him to his eventual deployment. An Army commander, Maj. Gen. Karl Horst, still has to approve the sentence returned by the jury. Upon approval of the sentence, Lakin is granted an automatic appeal that would be considered by the Army Court of Criminal Appeals. He was to begin serving his sentence immediately.
